We are taught that to manifest something, we have to feel and believe that we have that "something." If you desire to be rich, to manifest wealth, you have to truly believe and feel that you are already rich...right? Then you hope and wish, and maybe even pray that the Universe will make you rich. You can't understand why when you are doing everything you are supposed to, that you are still not rich.
Unfolding, is different from Manifesting because when you ask the Universe for "something" you are asking that this "something" be given to you ONLY if it is in your highest good. That's the difference, you are leaving it up to God or the Universe to give you only what is right for you to have at this moment in your life. You understand that when you ask the Universe for support, you have to be open to releasing the request and waiting for divine timing to occur....ONLY if its in God's perfect plan.
Have you ever had one of those moments, when something occurs and you realize that if it had happened any other way you would not have the most perfect outcome? We do not happen upon opportunities by chance. They are divinely placed on our paths at the right moment for us to receive the lesson or gifts from that opportunity. To make sure that these opportunities are positive we must maintain a healthy relationship with the Universe. That means understanding that nothing is a coincidence and that we are all connected to one another.
Manifesting, is asking (desperately) for support from the universe, but remember that to manifest you must feel and believe for that "thing". So when you are asking for financial support because you are desperate for money, you are putting desperation out to the Universe. Anything you put out to the Universe will come back to you like a boomerang. So if you put out that you are desperate for money, then in return you will receive more opportunities to feel desperate. If you ask for a boyfriend/girlfriend because you are scared to be alone, then you will attract more opportunities to be alone. In order to assure that you only attract that which is for your highest good, you must really understand why you want what you want and ask for it in a way that leaves the answer and endless possibility.
Take a look at what you want and why. Are you seeking more money or a better job? Maybe you really are seeking security and sustainability rather than actual money. Are you seeking a relationship? Maybe you are really seeking stability and companionship. When you really look at the fundamental emotion behind your asking, then you can re-word your questions to unfold what is for you highest good. Instead of asking for more money, ask the Universe to send your the financial support so that you may continue on your life path. Instead of asking for a relationship, ask the Universe to strengthen the relationship you have with your self so that you may attract a healthy partner when the time is right.
The thing with unfolding is you have to let it go once you ask. You have asked the Universe for the support, now you must be patient and let the Universe to conspire to make it happen. The less you try and control the outcome, the faster it happens. Instead of asking and asking and re-asking. sit on it. Go for a walk. Get in touch with nature. Meditate. Center yourself and let the answers to your questions come to you. I wanted to write a book, like really bad. I was feeling the need to let Spirit come through my fingers and get very important information across. I was way too busy with my new, high paying job that I barely got laundry done some days. I went for a walk at the local bike trails and had a total epiphany.....why not write a blog. I could write shorter article about the information that came to me, but I didn't have to sit for long periods of time to dedicate to a book. I asked that I would be allowed to write and put my information out there and I let the idea come to me. It really is that simple.
I was feeling stressed at my new job because I wasn't feeling supported by my management. I asked the Universe that I please find the support and backing that I needed to feel secure at my new job. Literally two days later, A new manager was hired and completely made me feel supported and encouraged. I felt a wave of relief and excitement as I knew that my request was answered. I also got the feeling that the reason I am at this job is because if have so much to learn from my new manager that I will take with me to my next phase when it is the right time. Once you realize that you don't have to be religious or a prophet to talk with the Universe and to hear the Universe to talk back, you can play with the gift of knowing that what you want is possible if you know how to ask for it.
Remember, in the beginning you were asking to be rich? Look at your life. Look at your wife/husband. Look at your kids. Look at your health, your job, your family. Look at all the things you have. A house, food in your pantry, a car, and education. You are far richer than a lot of people out in the world. You just have to see past the stress and frustration and truly be grateful for all that the Universe has bestowed upon you. Ask from a neutral place, be patient and wait for the signs and answers that you seek, be grateful for what you already have, and understand that we are made love and soon you will be unfolding a life greater than you could ever imagine.
Play with the unfolding and let me know what you create. Take care of your self and go for a walk to center yourself to the Universe's energy.
