Oracle Card of the Day: April 23 2015

So, Ive been compelled to hold off on the How to deal with your Demons post that I said I would post next. I will definitely get into how to transfigure your traumas, emotions and any unresolved feelings that you have been hiding from and turn it into your gold to unfold a life greater than you could have ever imagined.

I feel like I need to pull a Spirit Guide card to help some folks out there in daily dilemmas or life changing situations. If this card resinates with you and you take something from it, then it was meant for you. If you cannot see how this card effects your current situation, please meditate on it and see if something comes to you or someone you know.

The deck I am using is Ask Your Guides by Sonia Choquette. I like this deck because of its simple yet influential messages. These are straight forward signs from your guides on how to interpret and manage the situations you find yourself in.

I have pulled the Life Force/Aphrodite card. This card represents Seduction, Libido, Sexuality, and Attraction.

Your sexuality is awake and on fire, and your lustier appetites are in search of satisfaction. You're attractive, seductive, and powerful, and a "green light" of availability to a sexual partner is flashing. This is what makes the world go' round, and nothing is more intriguing and exciting than your life force asserting itself. The Key to enjoying this fiery essence is containment. You must control and direct your life-force energy rather than allow it to control and overwhelm you. Otherwise, you can become mindlessly addicted to your senses, which can be debilitating and enslaving.

Delight in your sensual self, but be discriminating about where it leads you. Use your judgment. Raw life force is best partnered with reason and the greater force of love to bring to you the heightened state of ecstasy you seek. Trust the sensual goddess Aphrodite as she unleashes your passions, but respect her as well. Her message for you: "Use your fiery passion creatively, not destructively."

This can mean literally and figuratively. The sense I get when reading this card is that the seduction you have towards life and living in a purely happy space is awakened. In this day and age, many people are reaching a certain level of faith and spirituality that has awakened them to an energetic level of seeking and understanding. This card feels like it is conveying the message of using your passion for life and highest path to creatively get to know yourself intimately. Spend time meditating, playing music, and producing artwork. What ever it is that speaks to your soul, that is your seductive self.

This card is also tell you to do so in balance. If you become too manic is your spiritual path and attaining an enlightened state, you may at the same time hinder the destine path you are supposed to be on.

Take your time to get to know yourself and your abilities. We all have them. Practice honing your gifts(s) and play with them to practice their accuracy, but take care not to become so obsessed with using them that you actually manifest the wrong information out of anxiousness and want.
